What is a zero-waste lifestyle?

It is not easy to adopt a zero-waste lifestyle, because everything around us imposes rules that we have been following since our earliest years. We must start by unlearning our bad consumption behaviors, based on packaged products, even overpackaged, and by a production of waste composed of packaging and waste. We must therefore put into practice a thoughtful consumption oriented towards a desire to produce no more waste.
