How do I clean my YOKO Insulated product?
A brush is ideal for cleaning the interior of your bottle. Our insulated cans and teamugs can be easily cleaned with a sponge. We recommend using an eco-friendly dishwashing liquid and to disinfect, we recommend using cleaning vinegar mixed with warm water.
How long does my drink stay hot or cold?
Insulated bottles keep your drinks warm up to 12 hours and cold up to 24 hours
Insulated cans keep your drinks warm up to 5 hours and cold up to 10 hours
Insulated teamugs keep your drinks warm up to 5 hours and cold up to 7 hours
Are the materials used high quality?
Yes! We choose our primary materials with great care and research: our glassware, food-grade 304 18/8 stainless steel, copper, nickel and organic cotton. We also took great care in our choice of production techniques and environments. Our insulated products are all made of double-walled stainless steel which make them extremely resistant to physical damage and finished in high-quality BPA-free and phthalate-free coating.

How watertight are the products?
There is no risk of leakage thanks to our silicone joint of our products. If you find that your product is not watertight enough, please get in touch with us.
How can I pay on your website?
We offer two payment options:

How secure are your online payments?
All payments by credit and debit cards are secured by our partner Stripe, which is one of the largest providers of secure online payments for ecommerce in the world.

What are your usual delivery timeframes?
Your orders are usually prepared within 24-48 hours (on working days) and shipped via Colissimo in 3-5 days on average.
What are your shipping costs?
- France and Monaco: Home delivery via Colissimo: 4,99 € or free for orders above 40 € TTC.
- Rest of Europe: Home delivery: 9,99€
What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Germany.
How do I make a return?
- The product must not be used and must be in its original packaging.
- The delivery receipt received during delivery must be included.
- The product must be placed in its original packaging and shipped in a carboard box.
All returns must be addressed to this address: YOKO DESIGN 23 rue Jacques Cottin 93500 PANTIN FRANCE.
All return shipping charges are at the client’s charge. YOKO DESIGN is not responsible in case of loss or non-deliverance of return packages. It is therefore strongly recommended that you use a signature-on-delivery option during shipping.
Once received, the product will be inspected and validated for return eligibility. Once validated, the client will be reimbursed for the return within 14 working days. The reimbursement will be made on the payment method used by the client to make the initial payment.
For purchases of YOKO DESIGN products made from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly for all return queries.
What if my package arrives damaged?
All delivery-related damages are covered by us. A photographic proof of the damaged package and a photo of the Colissimo sticker must be provided to ask for a replacement or reimbursement.
What do I do if my product is not watertight?
Please check if the silicone ring is properly aligned on the cap or lid of the product. Our guarantee covers the watertightness of the product and a replacement will be made provided the product hasn’t been subjected to physical force, friction, external pressure or shock.
What do I do if my insulated product does not insulate my drinks?
We are so confident in our insulated products that we offer a lifetime guarantee on their insulation capabilities. If you find that your product is not insulating your drinks, please contact us: email@example.com and mention the date of purchase, order number and the problem.
Our lifetime guarantee on our insulated products (keeping drinks hot or cold) is only valid if the product has not been subjected to physical force, friction, external pressure or shock, including falls. Non-respect of usage conditions and guidelines result in automatic cancellation of this lifetime guarantee.
If the problem is related to a detachable part of the product (silicone ring, cap, filter etc), the replacement will be made only on the detachable part of the product.
